Aalto Floating Homes are energy efficient and can be equipped with solar panels. The building design takes into account energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, durability and ease of maintenance.

Floating homes are also delivered with a roof terrace, which brings new comfort to living. The private terrace is a great place to spend a quiet evening with family and friends. Roof terraces are equipped with glass rails and sunscreens.

Aalto Floating Homes are delivered in prefabricated form and assembled on site on concrete pontoons.
